contacted has not promptly replied to your request. We are constantly working
with our members to insure that they quickly respond to queries. The best way
to make sure your queries are answered immediately is by calling the agent
directly
My house is being sold through a mynigeriaproperty.com member, but it doesn’t appear on the website. Why not?
If your agent is a MyNigeriaProperty.com member, then your
property should appear on our site as soon as your agent has completed (and you
have signed off) the property details and uploaded them to our database. Please
contact your agent to make sure s/he has finished the details and marked that
the house is available for sale.
The details of my house on MyNigeriaProperty.com are incorrect. What should I do?
We receive all property details directly from
our members. It is best to contact your agent directly to inform them of the
errors in the description
What is \'Fast Response Form\'?
Fast Response Form is used by buyers or renters with an urgent need for a property; usually in days or weeks. By completing the fast response form, a quick email is sent to registered agents with properties that match the buyer or renters criteria. It is different from the normal search because the user has indicated the need for a speedy action and the agent has the availability.
