 Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ’s

MyNigeriaProperty.com covers the whole of Nigeria and some active overseas real estate markets including the UK, America and Middle East.

Possibly there are no properties available in the areas you are searching or estate agents have no instructions in those areas. You could also refine your search to cover a wider area or use a different name or criteria for the search.
If none of these works, send an email to support@mynigeriaproperty.com or call us on 07029692291 and we will help you with your search

MyNigeriaProperty.com encourages all our agents to provide as many details and photos as possible on the site. However, sometimes an agent wishes to place the property on the site as soon as they are instructed on it and they don’t always have all the information. In these instances the properties may display with the ‘awaiting photo from agent’ icon. If you feel that a property doesn’t have as much information as you would like, please mention this to the agent when you contact them to encourage them to add more information in the future. In fact it is our policy that all properties must have at least 4 pictures before it is advertised on  MyNigeriaProperty.com

By filling in your property criteria on the home page and hitting the seach button. This will return all properties that meet all or some of your criteria. You can search by state, area, type of property, number of bedrooms and min to max price. When your result is returned, you can save your results for future reference.

The most common reason for this is misspellings. Double check your location to make sure you spelt the place name correctly. Alternatively try searching using other criteria like price or state.

You can save a property by clicking ‘save properties’ which can be done from either a property search results page, or from a property details page. In order for your properties to remain on your shortlist after you close your browser you will need to register your details .  To review your saved properties click on the saved properties icon in the top right hand corner of any page where you will be asked to log in. When registering you can choose for your details to be remembered on the site so you don’t need to log in on every visit. This will work when you are using the same computer, but you will be asked to log in again if you come to the site from another computer.

In order to arrange a viewing for a property you need to contact the agent who is advertising the property. To contact the agent use the ‘Contact Agent’ button on the property details page or from a property listings page. You can also contact an agent with a general enquiry by going through the \'More Estate Agents\' and finding an agents details

Go to the \'More Estate Agent\' button at the bottom right hand corner, and you can search by for agents by location and name. Once you have found an agent you are interested in then you can request a valuation for your property or send a general enquiry from their information pages.

Unfortunately MyNigeriaProperty.com is set up as an online tool only. We have endeavored to make the site as easy to use as possible, but if you are having problems with the functionality we will do our best to help you. We are however not able to do the property searches for you or to recommend individual properties for you. We believe we will serve you better focusing our efforts in being an online portal.

MyNigeriaProperty.com only accepts advertising from estate and lettings agents and property developers, and does not accept private advertising. To ensure your property features on the site make sure you instruct an agent who advertises with us.
